Call Centre and Social Media Assistant (Irish Speaker)

We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre & Social Media Assistant to join our excellent Customer Care team. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of customers are satisfied and will be tasked with promoting excellent customer care throughout the Company and handling inquiries from customers via phone, social media, email and post.

We are looking for a confident and diplomatic communicator, with an empathetic and courteous manner, who enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate will have a strong ethos of teamwork, and will have strong time management and organisational skills.


  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Minimum 1 Year customer care experience
  • Leaving certificate: Minimum of 6 passes
  • Must Speak Fluent Irish

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: €25,000 per annum
