International Women's Day 2023

Go-Ahead Ireland is committed to working to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where women can flourish and reach their full potential. We are very proud that 40% of our senior leadership team and over one third of the management team are women.

 

 

This International Women's Day, alongside The Go-Ahead Group, we are spotlighting our inspirational women colleagues who have returned from a career break. In the video above, women from across different Go-Ahead companies discuss the challenges of returning to work after maternity leave and the importance of having a supportive employer. Dorota, the Facilities Manager at Go Ahead Ireland, was interviewed for the film.

Also in commeration of Internal Women's Day 2023, Go-Ahead are conducting a roundtable conversation with our colleagues from Kinetic, Globalvia, and GTR on March 8th, as well as a "Sorry, Not Sorry" webinar on March 10th which all colleagues can register for and attend.
