Route 175

1 year ago Fri 14th Sep 2018

After months of planning, at 9.11am on Sunday 9th September 2018, Route 175 took to the streets of Dublin.

This completely new bus route - which runs from the UCD Belfield Campus to Citywest – is the first route being operated by Ireland’s newest bus company, Go-Ahead Ireland.  The route is 24kms long, takes approximately 1 hour and is serviced by a fleet of 9 modern buses and 19 qualified drivers. It will run hourly and half hourly during peak times. Stopping at 65 bus stops to Citywest and 63 on its return journey, this new service has already proved popular for thousands along the route.

Fares, timetables, routes and journey planner information can be found on www.transportforireland.ie and via RTI and TFI apps.

A time-lapse link of the journey is available to view here.
