We would like to advise customers that due to a high level of COVID-19 related absence, we are experiencing delays and cancellations to some services which are impacting our customers. We are therefore encouraging customers to check the TFI's website, the TFI Real Time App, our website and Twitter for service updates prior to undertaking their journey to have the most up to date information.
The safety and well-being of our colleagues and the customers we serve, are of the highest priority for Go-Ahead Ireland, and we apologise to affected customers for any inconvenience caused.
We are absolutely committed to providing a quality service and looking after the needs of our customers, and as such will continue to monitor service levels and work to address any issues that may arise.
