Go-Ahead Ireland is committed to providing a quality service looking after the needs of our customers by providing a safe, friendly, reliable and punctual service that supports our customers with their travelling requirements.
We appreciate that not everything is always perfect and unfortunately problems do occur, but we believe it is how things are handled when they go wrong that makes the difference for our customers. We wish to get things right and to say sorry when something has let you down and ensure we put things right for the future.
Go-Ahead Ireland’s Customer Charter outlines our commitments to providing the best service to you, our customers, in line with our contract with the National Transport Authority (NTA).
