Engineering Manager ODMA North (Dublin 15)

Lead one of Irelands fastest-growing public transport engineering operations.

Go-Ahead Ireland are now seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations at our newly opened Northwest Business Park Depot. This depot is home to our North Dublin operation, with a current fleet of more than 90 buses, engineering vans and electric company vehicles, with further growth planned for the future.

As public transport continues to evolve, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the future development of fleet technology and depot infrastructure. While today's operation is supported by a modern diesel bus fleet and electric company vehicles, the continued transition towards zero-emission public transport will create exciting opportunities for engineering leaders to help prepare for the next generation of fleet operations.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a key engineering operation within one of Ireland's leading public transport providers. You'll be responsible for leading a fully established team of skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Engineering Supervisors and Apprentices, providing leadership, direction and support while driving high standards of safety, compliance and fleet performance.
