Fare capping
If you make lots of trips with your TFI Leap Card in a day or a week (Mon-Sun) you may be eligible for fare capping. If you reach your fare cap you can travel for free for the rest of the day or week on the services.
Please remember that when you have reached the daily/weekly cap, continue to tap your leap card as normal, and the travel credit will not be charged after you’ve hit a cap.
The fare capping rates are outlined in the table below:
