Go-Ahead Ireland Celebrates Customer Satisfaction in 2024 NTA Survey

Go-Ahead Ireland is delighted to note the very positive results from the recently published National Transport Authority (NTA) Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2024. The survey covers a wide range of areas within public transport across the entire NTA network and reflects Go-Ahead Ireland’s continuous growth and improvements in several key areas, including overall satisfaction, reliability, cleanliness, and safety.

 

Key Highlights:

  • Overall Satisfaction: Go-Ahead Ireland achieved the highest customer satisfaction within the capital at 82%, marking a 12% improvement from last year, the highest year-on-year improvement among all public transport operators. Dublin Commuter services also saw a 5% year-on-year improvement, reaching an impressive 90% customer satisfaction for 2024.
  • Reliability: Customers have expressed significant increases in their perception of our reliability, with a 9% increase in satisfaction for ODMA services. Dublin Commuter services also saw an 8% improvement in customer satisfaction, the highest outside of Dublin.
  • Cleanliness: Go-Ahead Ireland received the highest score for bus cleanliness within Dublin at 78% satisfaction. Dublin Commuter services achieved one of the highest cleanliness scores across all modes of transport with 90%.
  • Safety (On-Board): Go-Ahead Ireland achieved a 95% satisfaction rate for ODMA, the highest for bus services within Dublin. Dublin Commuter services reached an impressive 99% satisfaction rate for safety on board.
